Italian Margarita Pizza


Any Pizza party will be incomplete without this classic.

The Margarita Pizza might seem basic and boring but when you make it from scratch, it will be simply divine.

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough

Mozarella Cheese

Italian Passata Sauce

Salt

Dried Origanum

Fresh Basil Leaves



Tip: You will need ½ Bottle of Italian Passata Sauce, 500g Mozarella Cheese, a handful of Fresh Basil Leaves.


2. Preheat the oven to 200 Degrees Celsius.

3. Grate the Mozarella Cheese.

4. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with your fingers.

5. You can decide how thick or thin you would like it to be.

6. You can decide what shape you want it to be.

7. Spoon and spread the Italian Passata Sauce onto the pizza base evenly.

8. Sprinkle some Salt on top.

9. Layer the Mozzarella Cheese and sprinkle with the Dried Origanum.

10. Place the pizza into the oven for 10-15 minutes.

11. Check the bottom of the Pizza, it should be golden brown.

12. Place it onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool, before placing it onto a bread board to cut or slice.

13. Tear the Fresh Basil Leaves with your finger tips and scatter it on top before serving.
