Tis the season of colds and flu. The sniffles are upon us, it is everywhere.
Your
whole life grinds to a halt, everything is heavy and painful. Now who can
afford that?
I
believe that prevention is better than cure, so my remedy is making this flu busting
Pineapple, Orange and Ginger Smoothie.
Without further delay…
Ingredients:
Makes 4 glasses
1
Fresh Pineapple
2
Fresh Oranges
Fresh
Ginger (thumb size)
Salt
(pinch)
1t
Sugar
½ glass Cold Water
2. Add it into a jug, add the Salt, Sugar and Water, then blend everything until it is smooth with a Hand Blender.
Not much mess, but no fuss. A fruit smoothie is best made and served fresh. Do not store for later. Enjoy it immediately.
