My Story: Frittata: Greek Inspired
Frittata means fried in Italian.
To me it is
an efficient vehicle to use little bits, bobs & leftovers.
When my boys
see me rummaging, chopping & whisking. I’m always greeted with “Mom are you
making frittata? Again!!!”
It is very
similar to an omelette or quiche.
This is a
great way to add eggs into your diet.
Add whatever
you have or like. Experiment!!!
Lotsa Love
