AMAZING!
Ingredients:
Makes 12
3 medium Potatoes
½t Salt
10 Crab
flavoured sticks
1 can of Tuna
(170g)
1 Egg
½ Fresh Red Chilli
Fresh Coriander Leaves (Handfull)
½ t Salt
Black Pepper
Oil (for the frying pan)
2. Once they are cooked, drain them, put them into a bowl, mash them and set them aside.
Tip: You can do this a day in advance and refrigerate.
3. Chop the Fresh Red Chilli and Fresh Coriander
Leaves finely.
4. Add the Egg, chopped Red Chillies and Fresh Coriander Leaves to
the potato mixture.
5. Flake the Crab sticks, drain the Tuna and add it
into the mixture.
6. Season with Black Pepper and Salt.
7. Mix everything well, shape it and put in onto a tray.
Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
8. Add some Oil to a frying pan. Shallow fry each
Crab Cake on both sides until golden brown.
