Breakfast in a Cup #1 - the Full English



Save yourself the Extra Calories, Dishes and Drama. 

The Big Old English Breakfast is great but requires way too much time and effort.

This is a Super, simple way to prepare a wholesome breakfast muffin.


Breakfast in a Cup – the Full English (Makes 6)


1     Muffin Pan
6    Brown Bread – Slices
Margarine, to spread
Breakfast Meat (any kind)
6    Eggs
1     Tomato
6     Fresh Basil leaves
Cheese – just a sprinkle
Paprika – just a sprinkle

Step 1:
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Spray Muffin Pan with Spray + Cook or rub out with a bit of Margarine. Set aside.


Step 2:
  • Cut all the ends off the bread.
  • Roll out the bread with rolling pin.
  • Microwave a bit of Margarine and brush both sides of bread.
  • Place into muffin pans.
  • This is your base.


Step 3:
  • Layer: Meat, Tomato, Eggs, Basil Leave and season with Salt+Pepper.
  • Top with grated cheese.
  • Sprinkle with Paprika.
  • Place into oven for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how you like your egg.
