The Big Old English Breakfast is great but requires way too much time and effort.
This is a Super, simple way to prepare a wholesome
breakfast muffin.
Breakfast
in a Cup – the Full English (Makes 6)
1 Muffin Pan
6 Brown Bread –
Slices
Margarine, to spread
Margarine, to spread
Breakfast
Meat (any kind)
6 Eggs
1 Tomato
6 Fresh Basil
leaves
Cheese – just
a sprinkle
Paprika –
just a sprinkle
Step 1:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Spray Muffin Pan with Spray + Cook or rub out with a bit of Margarine. Set aside.
Step 2:
- Cut all the ends off the bread.
- Roll out the bread with rolling pin.
- Microwave a bit of Margarine and brush both sides of bread.
- Place into muffin pans.
- This is your base.
Step 3:
- Layer: Meat, Tomato, Eggs, Basil Leave and season with Salt+Pepper.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Sprinkle with Paprika.
- Place into oven for 10-15 minutes. Depending on how you like your egg.
