Simple Green Salad




This salad is an explosion of the different flavours and textures of green vegetables.


 

So simple, fresh and healthy.


Ingredients:

1pkt    Mixed Salad Leaves

½        Cucumber

½        Green Pepper

2         Spring Onions

½        Avocado

 

1. Wash the Mixed Salad Leaves.

2. Slice the Cucumber, Green Peppers, Spring Onions and Avocado into cubes.

3. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and toss the salad.

4. Drizzle generously with some Honey & Garlic Vinaigrette.
