These puff pastry jam tarts, really look very impressive.

Ingredients:
1 Puff
Pastry (store bought)
Apricot
Jam
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Dust a clean working surface with some flour.
3. Open up and lay the Puff Pastry on the floured
surface.
4. Cut it into equal small squares.
5. Cut 4 slits on each side of the square.
6. Press every second slit into the middle of the
square.
7. Place them onto a well-oiled baking sheet pan and
space them evenly.
8. Brush the tarts with some beaten eggs and top them
with ½ t Apricot Jam.
9. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
10. Once they are cooled, you can dust them generously
with some Icing Sugar.
