Beef Burger



My secret to making the Perfect Burger:

1. Good quality ingredients.

2. A little bit of time.

3. Squishing and Shaping.


Yes, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3.


Ingredients:

Makes 6 Burgers

500g Beef Mince

2    Spring Onions

3T   Breadcrumbs

1t   Whole Cumin

1t   Whole Coriander

2t   BBQ Spice

½t  Salt

      Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. Chop the Spring Onions.

3. Crush the Whole Cumin and Coriander in a pestle & mortar.

4. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and squish together.

5. Split the mixture into 6 balls. +/- 100g each

6. Shape the burgers with your hands and place them onto a well-oiled baking sheet pan.

7. Bake them in the oven for 7 minutes on each side.


8. Allow the burgers to rest for a few minutes before loading it with some Onions, Lettuce and Tomatoes.
