Sticky Hot Chicken Wings


Chicken wings are one of the best finger foods ever!


Hot, Sweet, Spicy, Sticky, Soft and Juicy.


This recipe will take “finger-licking-good” to the next level…


Ingredients:

20x  Chicken Wings

1t     Salt

Marinade:

4   Fresh Garlic Cloves

1   Dried Red Chilli

1t  Ground Cumin

2t  Paprika

2t  Aromat

1t  Crushed Black Pepper

1t  Salt

3T  Lemon Juice

6T  Smooth Apricot Jam

1. Wash the Chicken wings, place them into a pot, cover them with water, add the Salt and boil on medium heat for 20 minutes.

To make the Marinade:

2. Warm or microwave the Apricot Jam until it is runny.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.

5. Place all the cooked Chicken Wings onto a foiled baking tray.

6. Brush the marinade over them and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.

7. Remove them from the oven and repeat Step6, at least 3 times.

8. Repeat Step6, at least 3 times.

9. This will form multiple layers of delicious flavour onto the chicken skin of the wings.
