Chicken wings are one of the best finger foods ever!
This recipe will take “finger-licking-good” to the next level…
Ingredients:
20x Chicken
Wings
Marinade:
4 Fresh Garlic
Cloves
1 Dried Red
Chilli
1t Ground Cumin
2t Paprika
2t Aromat
1t Crushed Black
Pepper
1t Salt
3T Lemon
Juice
To make the Marinade:
2. Warm or microwave the Apricot Jam until it is
runny.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and
mix well.
4. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
6. Brush the marinade over them and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes.
7. Remove them from the oven and repeat Step6, at
least 3 times.
9. This will form multiple layers of delicious flavour onto the chicken skin of the wings.
