Pate Salad
¼ Red Pepper
¼ Yellow Pepper
¼ Green Pepper
2 Spring Onions
100 g Peppered Mackerel
(1 piece)
4 T Sour Cream
Salt &
Black Pepper (to taste)
Little Gem
Lettuce Leaves
- Chop Red, Yellow, Green Peppers, Spring Onions.
- Add chopped veggies, Peppered Mackerel, Sour Cream, Salt and Black Pepper to a Bowl.
- Mix and squish well.
- Place Lettuce leaves onto a plate.
- Plonk blobs of Mackerel Pate onto your lettuce leaves.
- Season with some more Black Pepper.
