Mackerel Pate Salad



In need of something light, crisp and fresh?

Why not chop and mix?

Totally fuss-free…




Mackerel Pate Salad
¼        Red Pepper
¼        Yellow Pepper
¼        Green Pepper
2          Spring Onions
100 g  Peppered Mackerel (1 piece)
4 T      Sour Cream
            Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
            Little Gem Lettuce Leaves

  • Chop Red, Yellow, Green Peppers, Spring Onions.
  • Add chopped veggies, Peppered Mackerel, Sour Cream, Salt and Black Pepper to a Bowl.
  • Mix and squish well.
  • Place Lettuce leaves onto a plate.
  • Plonk blobs of Mackerel Pate onto your lettuce leaves.
  • Season with some more Black Pepper.
