Indian Mutton Kebaab Bunny Chow

A Bunny Chow is a proudly South African fast food staple, which originated amongst the Durban Indian Communities.

An unsliced  loaf of Bread is divided into 4 equal pieces, then the center of the bread is hollowed out and the remaining Bread is filled with a spicy Curry. The Bread originally served as a bowl or container.

If ever there was a Curry that anyone should try, Mutton Kebaab Curry would be the one. More so, when it is used as a filling for a Bunny Chow.

½t   Tumeric

½t   Ground Chilli Powder
