Crispy
on the outside, soft and creamy on the inside.
Ingredients:
250g Haloumi Cheese
Oil
1. Slice the Haloumi Cheese into 1.5cm slices.
2. Cover the bottom of a
pan with Oil and heat it to medium heat.
3. Place the Haloumi
slices into the pan and fry on all 6 sides, until it is golden brown.
Tip:
Do not be tempted to fry all the pieces at the same time. 2 to 3 pieces are
ideal. It is easier to turn and crisp them on all 6 sides, use both an egg
lifter and a kitchen thongs to do this job.
4. Serve it warm.
Dip
the crispy Haloumi Sticks into some Sweet Chilli Sauce for the perfect sweet
and salty bite.
