A chutney is a relish used as a condiment, it is an
integral part of Indian cuisine.
This is an amazing dipping sauce for samoosas, pies,
springrolls & pastries.
Ingredients:
¼C Oil
2t Mustard
Seeds
6t Garlic
Curry
Leaves (a bunch)
1C Vinegar
4 Fresh
Red Chillies
1 Tomato
Sauce Bottle (700ml)
1 Chilli
Sauce Bottle (250ml)
1t Salt
1. Add the sliced Fresh Red Chillies and Vinegar into a
blender.
2. Pulse and liquidize it together.
3. Add the Oil, Mustard Seeds, Garlic and Curry
Leaves into a pot and fry it on medium heat for a few minutes.
4. Add the liquidized Vinegar and Chillies, Tomato
Sauce and Chilli Sauce into the pot.
5. Reduce the heat and allow the sauce to simmer for 15-20 minutes.
6. Allow it to cool, bottle it and keep it
refrigerated.
