Minestroni = mix of things + Pasta
Chop and plop, put everything into a pot, cook it for a few minutes and enjoy.

1t Origanum
1 Onion
3 Carrots
2 Celery
Sticks
5 Baby
Marrows
1 Dried
Red Chilli
1t Black
Pepper
½ t Salt
3C Chicken Flavour Stock
1 Chopped Tomatoes
Can
1pkt Tomato Paste (50g)

of Beans
Tip:
You can use any of these beans:
Cannellini/Red/Barlotti/Lentils/Mixed
Beans
½C Small
shaped Dried Pasta
Bunch
of Fresh Basil Leaves
4. Add the Pasta and Salt, stir through and simmer for
a further 10 minutes.
