Fried Puff Pastry Pies are a
special treat.

Ingredients:
Puff Pastry (store bought)
Oil
Nutella / Chocolate Spread
Icing Sugar
2. Lay the pastry out on a well-floured work surface.
3. Measure and cut the pastry into equal squares.
5. Fold the filled square in any shape of your choice, as long as all the seams are squeezed tight, to prevent the Nutella from leaking into the clean Oil.
6. Fill a small pot to a third of the way with Oil.
Tip: Test if the Oil is hot enough by frying small pieces of dough. When the dough fries quickly, puffs up and floats to the top, it is ready.
8. Fry 2 to 3 pies at a time.
9. Once they are ready, remove them from the Oil and
place on Kitchen Towel to remove the excess Oil.
10. Dust them with Icing Sugar.
