Italian Crispy Focaccia

Is it a Pizza or a Flat Bread? 



I’m not sure.

I do know that This Italian crispy, salty bread is delicious.



1. Make your own Pizza Dough.

Ingredients:

Pizza Dough

Rough Salt

Olive Oil

Dry Italian Herbs

 

2. Preheat the oven to 200 Degrees Celsius.

3. Take a piece of dough and flatten it with your fingers.

4. You can decide how thick or thin you would like it to be.

5. You can decide what shape you want it to be.

6. Sprinkle the dough with some Rough Salt, Dry Italian Herbs and pour Olive Oil over the top.

7. Bake it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.


8. Check the bottom of the Focaccia, it should be golden brown.

9. Place it onto a cooling rack and allow it to cool, before placing it onto a bread board to cut or slice.

This crispy Focaccia is out of this world. It can be a starter or a side dish to a soup or to a saucy main meal.
