This is a lovely sweet and sour sauce, dressing or vinaigrette for salads and
steamed vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 Fresh Garlic Cloves
¼C Black
Vinegar
¼C Olive
Oil
2t Honey
½t Salt
Crushed Black Pepper (to taste)
1. Peel the Fresh Garlic Cloves and chop it really
fine.
2. Add all the ingredients into a small jar and shake
it until it emulsifies.
3. Store it in the refrigerator.
4. Remember: Shake it before you use it.
